Guards

A nightguard that seats on the first try, so your patient actually wears it.

We mill from a solid acrylic puck for the tightest fit and highest polish, then check the seat, contacts, and borders before it ships. Your patient sleeps in protection. You skip the callback. And one appliance master, reachable by name, owns the case and remembers your setup for the next one.

3-6-month warranty For A protective night appliance that shields your patient's teeth and your restorations from grinding wear.
Sound familiar?

The problems you shouldn't have to solve.

01

A guard that rocks is chair time you never bill

It lands on the model but sits crooked in the mouth. So you spend fifteen minutes grinding, relieving, and re-checking at delivery, unpaid, for an appliance that should have seated the moment it came out of the bag.

02

Off occlusion, and your patient just stops wearing it

If the bite is high or the contacts are wrong, it feels bulky and the guard ends up in a drawer. Meanwhile the grinding keeps wearing down the very crowns and veneers you placed.

03

Reorder it and you get a different fit

When no one owns your case, the next guard comes off a different bench with different judgment. Your thickness, your coverage, your preferences start over from zero every single time.

How we solve it

Built different. On purpose.

01

Milled from a solid puck for a fit you can feel

Milling from a PMMA/acrylic puck gives the tightest adaptation and the highest polish, the reference standard for a protective appliance. When you want soft or dual-laminate instead, we 3D-print or thermoform to the same fit target.

1.5-3mm hard acrylic
02

Occlusal accuracy designed, not guessed

Your appliance master designs full-arch coverage and thickness to your prescription, so contacts are even and the bite feels right at delivery instead of after a grinding session.

Full-arch coverage
03

QC before it ships, remade at no cost if it misses

Every guard is checked for seat, occlusal contacts, and border fit before it leaves the bench. If our QC or fit misses, it is remade at no cost.

3

We mill from a PMMA/acrylic puck for the best accuracy and polish, or 3D-print / thermoform when you want a soft or dual-laminate build.

5

You deliver, adjust occlusion, and confirm comfort. Your preferences are saved for the next order.

FAQ

Questions dentists actually ask.

Which material should I choose?

Hard acrylic (about 1.5-3mm occlusal) is the reference standard for moderate-to-severe bruxism and adjusts cleanly. Soft EVA is comfortable for mild grinders but harder to adjust. Dual-laminate (2-3mm, soft inner with a hard outer) is a strong middle option. Tell us the patient and your master picks the build, or specify it on the prescription.

Is this the same as a therapeutic splint?

No. This is a protective night appliance that shields teeth and restorations from grinding wear. It is distinct from a therapeutic splint used to reposition the jaw or manage a joint condition. If you need a therapeutic device, prescribe that separately.

How is the fit so consistent?

We mill from a solid PMMA/acrylic puck, which gives the tightest adaptation and highest polish, then QC every guard for seat, contacts, and borders before it ships. And because one master owns your case, your thickness and coverage preferences are saved in CAD and reused on every reorder.

What if it does not seat or the bite is off?

It is covered. Every appliance carries a 3 to 6 month warranty, and if our QC or fit misses, it is remade at no cost. You should not be paying in unbilled chair time for a guard that arrived wrong.

Do you need a scan or an impression?

A digital scan of the arch to be guarded, the opposing arch, and the bite is preferred for accuracy. If you send a physical impression instead, add $15.

Send one case and feel the seat.
