For DSOs

Every location you run, one laboratory standard.

Different labs, different prices, and a remake nobody owns. Dentlink gives each practice its own master, the whole group one portal, and one fee schedule, tiered by the group’s volume.

Monday, 7:40 a.m.

Four labs and three fee schedules leave one remake that nobody owns.

  1. 7:40 a.m.Location 7Why did the same crown cost more?

Different labs, different fee schedules, no single answer.

  2. 7:52 a.m.Location 9The crown didn’t seat.

The dentist blames the lab, the lab blames the scan, the patient is rebooked.

  3. 8:05 a.m.Head officeHow many cases did we send last month?

The answer sits across four portals and a spreadsheet.

None of this starts with a bad lab. It starts with a lab network that has no single standard.

What changes

Four lab relationships become one standard.

The network view

Every case in the network shows up on one screen.

Location

One practice’s case status, volume and spend, the way its office manager sees it.

Network

Every location rolled into one number: total cases, total spend, and where the volume comes from.

LinkTalk

Each practice talks to its own master in one thread. Shade photo, contact question and design approval stay together.

Billing

Invoices run through one central office or stay with each location, whichever your finance team already uses.

The pilot

Start with four locations. Then decide.

  1. Register

Each practice fills in one form: where finished cases ship, and a phone number for its master.

  2. Connect

Link the scanners your locations already own. No new hardware, and ordering starts the same day.

  3. Free first case

Every location that registers sends its first case on us. Watch it seat, then send the rest.

What groups say

Group dentists keep saying the same three words.

No adjustments required. Clinics across the US, Australia and New Zealand, single offices and groups alike, send their cases this way, and 73 in 100 heard about it from a colleague, not from an ad.

“The implant crown delivery was perfect. No adjustments required. Our preferences match.”
Village Family Dental, DSO
“Quality’s been exceptional. Very consistent. Communication’s been good. Their platform has been great.”
Dr. Mit Patel, Village Family Dental
“Any dentist will tell you how challenging it is to restore a single central incisor. The color match was spectacular.”
Dr. Cedric Lewis, Kokua Smiles, Hawaii
“The case fit great, no adjustments required. I like the appearance of the zirconia.”
Village Family Dental, DSO
“No adjustments and esthetics were good. I like the overall contours and emergence profiles.”

Before you ask

Every group asks the same eight questions first.

Yours is not here? Ask the DSO team.

How many locations do we need to qualify?

The count of locations does not decide it. The tier follows the cases your network sends in a month, and as a guide Tier 3 networks run about 1 to 3 locations, Tier 2 about 3 to 7 and Tier 1 about 7 to 18.

Is there a minimum spend?

No. DSO pricing applies once your locations register and send a first case, so there is no floor to hit first.

How does DSO pricing work?

On three volume tiers. The cases your network sends in a month place it in Tier 3 (under 150), Tier 2 (150 to 399) or Tier 1 (400 to 999), and the tier sets the rate on every restoration in your fee schedule: Tier 2 runs 9 to 15% under Tier 3, Tier 1 25 to 35%. It is recalculated every three months on trailing volume, so a growing network moves up a tier and nobody reopens a negotiation to get there. Past 1,000 cases a month, the DSO team talks it through with you.

Can each location keep its own billing?

Yes, or every invoice can run through one central office. Both are built into the portal, so your finance team keeps its own process.

Can we see every location at once?

Yes. The portal shows each location’s case status, volume and spend on its own, then rolls every location into one network view.

What does Dentlink get in return?

Permission to market products and promotions directly to your individual offices. That is the whole trade.

What is your remake rate?

Fewer than 1 in 100 implant crowns come back, against 8 to 10 across the industry. When one does, it is remade at $0.

Can we start with a few locations?

Yes. Many groups run a four-location pilot, watch the first cases seat, then bring the rest of the network on. The first case is free at every location that registers, in the pilot and after it.

Volume tiers

Your network’s volume sets its tier.

Each step up lowers the rate on every restoration. Recalculated every three months, never renegotiated.

More than 1,000 cases a month? Let’s talk it through.

Get your fee schedule

Your fee schedule is built on your network.

Tell us how many locations and roughly how many cases. A member of the DSO team replies with your tier, its fee schedule and the steps for a four-location pilot.

Your network, in cases

Fill in the four fields and your network appears here as one monthly case count, its tier and one yearly figure.

Your tier is set on this volume and recalculated every three months. Dentlink prints one price: an implant crown at $200, custom abutment included. Put your own implant crown fee beside it.

Illustrative. Your fee schedule is confirmed with your account team after your locations register.
