Before the final
“Will it sit passively on every implant?”
A jig proves the fit before zirconia is cut.
A resin or titanium verification jig checks the implant positions, and a wax rim sets the bite. All of it is worked on a printed model with lab analogs.

While it heals
“What do they wear until then?”
A provisional bridge, made here.
Designed in the same lab, on cylinders or Ti-bases. You and your patient see the shape and the smile before the final is made.

Before surgery
“Will the implants land where the teeth need them?”
The guide is planned from the final teeth.
Guiding the surgery? The same lab plans the guide from where the arch will sit, so each implant goes where the bridge needs it.

The bar and thimble builds stand on titanium. Gold anodizing is on the schedule, with metal sleeves and more implant sites when the plan calls for them.
