Every unit ships CAD-verified for marginal fit and checked under four-light QC, with a custom abutment built to the emergence profile you scanned. You open the box knowing it drops in.
On most implant cases the work rotates through an anonymous shop. Nobody owns the emergence profile, nobody remembers your platform, and there is no one to call when the contour is off. The enemy is anonymity, and it costs you chair time.
A generic abutment leaves the crown margin too deep to clean or too shallow to hide. You end up adjusting soft tissue and contour at the chair, unpaid, while the patient waits.
Subgingival cement around an implant is a peri-implantitis risk you inherit. When the lab cements a Ti-base crown chairside instead of extraorally, the excess ends up where you cannot reach it.
When margins and contacts are not verified before shipping, the try-in becomes a rework. One quiet box on a shelf becomes a second appointment you did not schedule.
Marginal fit is CAD-verified and every unit passes four-light digital QC before it leaves the bench. If a crown ever misses, it is remade at no cost. This is why our remake rate stays under 1 percent against an 8 to 10 percent industry norm.
A single implant master aligns the scan body to the implant library, designs the crown down to the emergence profile, then designs the abutment to match. Your preferences, margin style, contact tightness, occlusion, are saved in CAD and reused on the next case.
For Ti-base cases the zirconia is cemented to the base extraorally, so every trace of cement is removed before it reaches you. Screw-retained stays fully retrievable with no subgingival cement at all. The contour supports the tissue instead of fighting it.
Your case is built by a nationally licensed dental technician who earned the license at a hands-on state bench exam, in the country that builds the scanners, sensors, and implants the whole industry runs on. Craft, not a shop hand.
20 years at the bench. Implant, Laminate, Diagnostic Wax-up. Owns your case from scan review through four-light QC, and keeps your preferences on file.
After osseointegration, seat a scan body and scan the scan body, opposing arch, bite, and the soft-tissue emergence.
Send the Rx: implant system and platform, retention choice (screw vs cement), and screw-channel angulation.
Your master aligns the scan body to the implant library, designs the crown down to the emergence profile, then designs the abutment to match. For Ti-base, the zirconia is cemented to the base extraorally so all cement is removed.
We mill, hand-finish, and run four-light QC, then ship a ready-to-place unit built for your platform.
At the chair, torque to spec and seal the access with PTFE and composite, or cement the custom-abutment crown, no chairside guesswork.
“I design the crown down to the emergence profile, then build the abutment to match the tissue you scanned. I remember your platform and how you like your contacts, so the next case seats the same way this one did. When you have a question, you reach me, not a queue.”

Tell us your preference on the Rx and your master builds to it. Screw-retained stays fully retrievable with no subgingival cement, which is why many clinicians prefer it around implants. When you choose a cement-retained Ti-base, we cement the zirconia to the base extraorally so no excess cement can end up below the tissue.
We support 16 implant systems out of the box and align your scan body to the matching library. If your system is not listed, we still include free scan bodies, up to 2, so you are not stuck sourcing them yourself.
Standard turnaround is 10 days, and because one master owns your case start to finish, it is a date you can actually promise the patient rather than a moving target.
It is remade at no cost to you. Marginal fit is CAD-verified and every unit passes four-light QC before shipping, which is how we keep remakes under 1 percent against an 8 to 10 percent industry norm.
Our $200 implant crown includes the custom titanium abutment, where comparable work commonly runs around $600 to $800. Same CAD-verified fit, same 1:1 master, without the anonymous-shop markup. The quality comes first; the price is simply what is left over.
